Please know that when you reach out to me, you don’t need to have your "story" perfectly straight or your symptoms articulately categorized. You just need to show up as you are.
What to Expect: The Free Consultation
To make this initial step a little easier, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.
I know the idea of a "consultation" can sound intimidating, so let's demystify it. This isn’t a therapy session, and there is absolutely no pressure to commit. Think of it as a brief "meet and greet."
It’s simply a space for us to connect briefly so you can share a little bit about what’s bringing you to therapy and ask me any questions you might have about how I work, whether it's about IFS, EMDR, or my experience with your challenges. Most importantly, it’s a chance for us to gauge if we feel like a good fit for one another.
